Shake the rum, triple sec, falernum, lime, and bitters with ice, strain over crushed ice, then float the Gosling's on top.

  • 0.5 ozDeKuyper Triple Sec
  • 1 ozlime juice
  • 0.25 ozdemerara syrup

Shake the Pusser's, maraschino, triple sec, lime, and demerara hard with ice, strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass, then float the Gosling's on top.

Build in a rocks glass with a single ice cube, muddling the lime peel briefly against the glass before adding rum and syrup, then stir.

Press the mint gently in the bottom of the cup, add the rye, fernet, syrup, and bitters, then pack with crushed ice and swizzle until frosted.
